Kitty Morrison is not only an expert in Christian education, but also grant-writing, college tutoring, ACT & ASVAB preparation. She was a national trainer in Results-Oriented Management and Accountability for Community Action where she earned three coveted awards: Community Action Professional for nine years, 2000-2009, Teacher of the Year in 1995, and her literacy program at Quad Area, St. Amant Academy, won the most innovative way to fight poverty in the nation in 2006. In 13 years at Quad, Sibley-Morrison and Iris Chapman wrote over 100 million dollars in grants to help people escape the quicksand of poverty, many of those programs involving literacy and social work, including homeless veterans and Youth-Build.
